The Prince Albert is a lovely old pub situated in Henley on Thames not far from Junction 5 of the M40, yet it seems like it’s in the middle of nowhere. The interior has a big brick inglenook, hop bines hanging from the ceiling and lots of things to read if youâ€™re on your own and don’t fancy a chat. It has a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere, and with a beautiful roaring open fire throughout the winter this gives The Prince Albert a wonderfully homely feel to it. There is a pretty beer situated on the premises, which is a lovely place to relax with a refreshing drink in the summer months. A selection of tasty traditional pub food is on offer every lunchtime and every Friday and Saturday food is available in the evening, choose from some tasty favourites including steak and kidney pie and chips.
