We have been supplying good beer and good cheer for over 150 years. We thrive on being a “Proper Pub” with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We offer a full range of traditional pub activities; Monday folk acoustic night, Ladies Darts Thursdays, Live band every Friday, Open Mic on the 2nd Saturday of the month and Pub Quiz on Sunday nights.

We serve a variety of Home cooked meals throughout the week. We hold themed food nights, this allows us to produce high quality meals at a reasonable price. Freshly prepared Pizzas on Tuesday and Fridays, Curries made from Scratch on Wednesdays and Steak Night on Thursdays. We can cater for a variety of occasions from birthdays, weddings, funerals or anniversaries with simple nibbles to a full hot and cold buffet.
